If elected I WILL REPRESENT YOU on the water board. I WILL BE A GOOD STEWARD OF YOUR WATER DISTRICT. I will BE YOUR WATCH DOG of costs, rates and fees. I will BE YOUR AGENT FOR assuring we maintain A RELIABLE WATER SUPPLY. I will OPPOSE SEWER BEYOND THE URBAN LIMIT LINE. I will OPPOSE any actions within water board authority that are supportive of A CASINO in Jamul. I will be available to be YOUR SPOKESPERSON REGARDING SPRING VALLEY SEWER SERVICE both with Otay and with the County.

I know the inner workings of water districts and what to look for and question. I will review closely all recommendations by Otay staff especially those that add to your water or sewer costs. One recent example of an inappropriate cost I caught as a customer was the SEWER STANDBY CHARGE ON TAX BILLS TO SOME RESIDENTS IN JAMUL WHO ARE ON SEPTIC SYSTEMS AND WILL NEVER BE ON SEWER.
